Gall Bladder Cleanse
Flush Your Gall Bladder From Home
Many gall bladder conditions do not require a doctor visit or surgery. Most can be treated by gallbladder flushes, which can cleanse the gallbladder and leave you feeling back to new in no time. In today’s health conscious world more people are opting for natural solutions rather than the pill-popping cure.
Your gall bladder can cause all sorts of problems from chest pain to a bitter taste in your mouth. Are you aware that stress can cause gall bladder problems?
Dairy products that are very cold, eating foods that contain a lot of spices, and stress can also make your gall bladder act up. Bile, which is made by the gall bladder travels to the digestive tract to break down oils and fats.
While most gall bladder problems are mild, some can be life threatening. If you develop gall stones, which can become stuck in the neck of the gall bladder, you can become very ill. Should they become lodged in the duct that leads from your liver and gall bladder to the small intestine you can develop nausea, chills, and jaundice. It is best to consult your doctor if you have any of these symptoms.
1-Day Gall Bladder Flush
One of the most popular Do It Yourself gall bladder flushes takes only 1 day. If you want to do this flush, begin first thing in the morning and only consume organic apples. You should consume a minimum of 5 a day. Green apples have shown to be much more effective at softening gallstones than the red ones. Drink nothing but pure water and herbal teas.
Right before going to bed mix 2/3 cup of body temperature olive oil with 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice, sip this, and then retire immediately. Lay only on your right side drawing up your right leg and in the morning all stones should pass in the stool. It is recommended that this one-day flush only be done with the advice of your healthcare provider.
5- Day Gall Bladder Flush
There is another way to do a gall bladder flush, however it takes 5 days instead of 1. It consists of eating apples and radishes for five days. Also for those five days take 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice when the stomach is empty.
21-Day Gall Bladder Cleanse
A more gradual method takes 21 days, it is easier on the body, and can be completed 2 or 3 times annually. During this 21-day span do not consume meat, foods that are high in fat content, or any kind of dairy products. Eat grains that have not been processed, fruits, and vegetables.
Radishes get rid of gall stones, so during this period consume 1 or 2 radishes a day as a snack between your regular meals. Drink 3 cups of cleavers tea or 5 cups of chamomile tea per day. Calculate using your weight, for every 32 pounds of weight use 1 teaspoon of cold pressed flaxseed oil and pour it on your food.
If you prefer you can divide it and use the amount you get in two meals. Do this routine 6 days a week for 2 months. This is a longer process than the 1-day or 5-day gall bladder flush, but it can be used 2 or 3 times a year. Use this method when you feel that it is necessary and will keep your gall bladder clean and make you feel 100% refreshed.
One of the most important things you can do to keep your gall bladder clean and in the best shape is to be more aware of your dietary intake. Eat healthy and follow a good exercise regimen. This has been shown to lessen the buildup of gall stones and thus results in making you feel better and have more energy.
